To drive 3 LEDs in series with two load resistors, closer to 8-V is required. Hence, the circuit below uses an op-amp voltage amplifier (which will be build in Lab 4), with a 10 X gain to drive the rectifier circuit. The power supply consists of two 12-V household AC/DC adapters.
